Cancellation/Booking Policy

At Studio Calypso, we understand that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your choice to spend it with us. To ensure a smooth operation and the best possible experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and booking policy:

Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling

  • 48-Hours Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.
  • Notification Method: Please inform us about any cancellations or changes to your appointment by calling our studio directly at 0431 998 664 or via email at hello@studiocalypso.au

Deposits

  • Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable. When you book an appointment, we reserve a slot specifically for you while turning away other potential clients. The deposit ensures a commitment to the appointment time that has been arranged.
  • Application Towards Service: Deposits will be applied towards the total cost of your service. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we also appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and booking policy. This policy helps us maintain a high level of service and availability for all our clients.
